Where are you guys based in? Do you ship internationally?

We are based in sunny Singapore (hence all our prices are quoted in SGD) but we ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Australia for now! We plan to ship to other nearby regions such as Thailand and Indonesia in the near future!

Do you have a retail outlet so I can see all your cool products?

As much as we want to, we don't have an outlet yet. Retail space is really expensive - and we would rather pass on the savings to you guys! But when we do have a space, we promise it will be awesome! 

I'm having a sports event soon. Would you like to be a sponsor?

We're open to sponsorships, all year round. Shoot us an email with all the details to [email protected]. Make sure your proposal is kick-ass though!

What is your return policy?

There is a no-return policy (who returns cool awesome products anyway?) However, drop us an email if there's something that's bothering you about the product!

Can I have a discount?

This is tricky. Yes we have discounts for bulk orders so email us to enquire! For other situations, we have to really like you to give you a discount - in all seriousness, we always try to keep our prices as low as possible.

I have a shop, can I have a wholesale discount?

Of course! Again, drop us an email with your specifics and we shall see how we can collaborate! 

Shipping 

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary depending on the product. Just add it to cart and it will display your shipping fee! 

Which courier services do you use?

We usually use Singpost normal mail although we may upgrade to a registered mail from time to time. For international shipping, we use Singpost registered mail. For bulk orders, we have our own delivery monster to send it to you.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

The delivery time frame is 1-3 days (Singapore), 4-6 days (Malaysia/Australia). If you do want your order promptly, drop us an email and let us know! Email: [email protected]
